The only way I'd ever be able to get the Switch 2 is to sell my Switch but I still wanna be able to run Odyssey. Do any mods know yet whether we will be allowed to run on the Switch 2 assuming load times would be faster?

You need a modded switch for that, you can use checkpoint to extract the save then move those files from the SD card to your pc. I'm not sure if it's possible without a modded switch

If I take a break in the middle of the video, do I have to record the whole break or can I cut the video to not include the break? I will only be doing a few hours per day and I don't want to have 7 or 8 videos but rather 4 or so. So could I have one video include multiple days with cuts between the days or just have many videos?
