Toronto, ON, CanadaJust got back from a relatively long break and was looking at some of the new runs and they use what can only be described as cheating to place water towers on land? Why has this been approved by mods??
Hey guys, we only have 7 days left with Flash Player so id like to let everyone who doesn't know yet about Ninja Kiwi Archive on Steam. its free to play and is made by NK themselves so it is official. and it has every NK Produced flash game on it to play including BTD 1-5.
If you guys are still interested in running after Jan 1st 2021, i would recommend using this. its download size is only a few hundred MBs too
Hey, the recent verified speedrun for stone path was done with double cash mode (A paid feature). this just shouldn't be allowed... i'm not sure if mods didn't notice or didn't mind but id like some clarification on that.
imo double cash mode runs (As well as any other premium content) should be banned as it isn't equally available to everyone.
I suppose having 2 tabs open (1 for main game 1 for expansion) and not starting expansion until after main game wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for the run. But i think it ruins the spirit of the speedrun.
I personally think that it would be better if everything was in one tab as it would be easier to just make a rule saying "Use of more then one tab is not permitted". it would be much easier and more straightforward. but i wouldn't be opposed to it either way.
i dont see any reason why you would need 2 tabs to be open at the same time. play it all in 1 tab and switch to the expansion game right after finishing the primary game. that seems the most fair. having multiple tabs seems like it would be against the spirit of the run (Imo)
there is no way multiple tabs would be allowed. thats just common sense. no other browser game has a rule specifying that as its not really necessary.
