Yes recording your Screen is allowed

Loads basically mean whenever the Screen is fully black, this Happens whenever you enter a Pipe, Exit a Level or enter it. Loads are the reason why there is a Split between physical and digital copies of the Game since digital loads for any% are around 40 Seconds faster than physical. The average loads for a any% Run are around 2:12-2:12 and when the Run is faster than 25 minutes, loads are being removed because they can be an unfair Advantage since there are Consoles with 2:03 loads
