@Neverbacon Die% will NEVER be added. It's unfortunate but you got to learn how to speedrun real categories because the community is just going to flame you over and over again to the point where these type of forums will be locked immediately.
I use imgur to share images while editing guides/rules but I was wondering how can I make imgur images appear on the guides/rules instead having to click on the link to see the image.
You should get a controller, it's so much easier. It's up to you though.
I need help,
What are the following two -Individual Level -Individual Level Category
Can someone explain?
I can't get the practice map to work, I looked up a video on how to play on custom maps and it's not working
I think that there should be a practice map where you can just practice speedrunning this game. I know you can just go into creative mode but I feel like there could be a way better method to practice. I think someone could make a practice map and have just everything we need to get better and improve our times. In Super Mario 64, there is a practice rom hack which lets you have a level select and level reset, it's extremely useful. I feel like minecraft being the most popular speed game should have something like that, I think it would be a big contribution to Minecraft Speedrunning. I don't know how to do it myself.
ok It's a better category than "All Signs" so I bet this'll get approved Like how tf is "All Signs" even a category like wtf lmao!
When you ledgegrab, punch, ledgegrab again. and then C-Right + C-Left + C-Up Is C-Right + C-Left (Resetting Camera) going to benefit my angle on getting cannonless?
@IwerSonsch, I was thinking that exactly, They're should make a category seperating called Red Coins and than No Red Coins, if this is such a short category than more Non-RTA Strats can be implemented. Think of Super Mario Bros 1, it's one of the most optimal speed games as the times on the leaderboards are seperated with less than a second. Super Mario 64 is heavily based on good movement, it's easy to make mistakes. Like this category, it's nearly impossible to get everything perfectly. There is always room for improvement as even if this did get optimized too quickly, we still wouldn't have a perfect run, only the TAS can demonstrate that. My point is that regardless of the quick optimizations, the runs will still be beatable.
Ok man whateves, I do run main categories If you have no reason than It's ok Also I'm not getting mad lmao.
