You're nuts man. Never thought I'd see the record get so good. I'll keep trying to improve my time but you may just be the better player :P

P.S. There is one more time save available in chapter two. You can do the first water blast and enter the next zone without having your character die. I found some success using two water+water+life+shield mines with water+water+water+water+rock blast. Will try to get it to work for my next PB.

Best of luck learning the run! SGA's videos may be outdated but they are a very good starting point. Feel free to ask me any questions, I should be able to give you a hand.

The current world record is 2:30 ahead of the previous world record. My goal has been more than accomplished. Until someone shows up and beats my record, I probably won't be doing any more runs. Maybe a few here or there, but I mostly did this to egg SGA on, to give him the competition he requested.

Great game, would recommend that more people try the run. I may make a nine part tutorial of the updated route at some point as SGA's videos are no longer the ideal strats.

Sound like some pretty sweet skips! It'd be awesome if you made a video or two showcasing them but I'll still try and figure them out.

It says the group is moderated by you at the bottom. Is that just a title? The threads label you as a super mod, are you just missing mod privileges?

Edit: Managed to snag second place with a time of 23:05. Less than a minute away from the world record!

I have been following SGA/mootle's guide for a few days now and have learned chapters 1 - 6. Sadly I only own this game on console, so some of the tricks are a bit different. Not here to beg for a pc copy, I will buy one when it goes on sale. Really just making this post for the sake of introducing myself to the practically non-existent community. Hopefully if SGA is still on here I can attempt to challenge his record!
