Takes a bit of practice. Best way I can describe it is putting the back of your head slightly into a wall, then firing up and back toward the part of your head that's in the wall without actually putting your gun through said wall. After that, if you retract the shot while holding the gun OOB, then you should be able to actually fire shots in OOB space.
