Well, they're not too common, and the only example I can think of right now is Dragster. I'm pretty sure there are many others though.
A little bit off-topic, but what are people's opinions on anti-WRs (times that are purposefully attempting to get last place)? Should moderators accept them or not?
There's a few threads in the Streaming / Recording / Equipment forum that have the same questions. You can probably find answers there.
Personally, I think OP is just new to the idea of speedrunning, and is just asking a question.
This is a web version of Livesplit.
Godspeed on your Minecraft goals. Getting into top 10 (for Java) is insanely difficult (afaik). You shouldn't have to worry about becoming a "well-known" runner though. It's not something that you can work towards accomplishing, it's just something that can randomly happen.
Considering that it's Scratch webgame that is less than 7 minutes in length, I can't say I'm surprised it got deleted.
Also you can contact the moderators using their contact info. Try addressing them about these issues directly.
I'm gonna be honest here, I have no idea what Optifine is, but I'm a firm believer that games should be speedran in the most "vanilla" of conditions (although this may be different for specific cases).
It sounds like Optifine increases the rate of mob spawning? That on its own already sounds reasonable enough to ban it from Minecraft: Java Edition speedruns.
You should bring this up with the moderators and the community surrounding this game. The general speedrunning forums won't be able to help you.
Different games have different rules regarding where a run is uploaded. Some accept runs from multiple places such as Google Drive, Twitch, Bilibili, and even Twitter (just to name a few). Others may restrict them to YouTube or Twitch. Your best bet is to ask the moderators for the specific game you want to speedrun.
