This has been a thing for years, reason why most boards either ban emulators or create separate categories for them.

If the game is rta then you must continue the timer, you should use a brower adblock or dns adblock to circumvent the issue

I agree and disagree with your point:

I agree that pure quantity is irrelevant, most of these people (they are known as farmers) run empty boards with lots of ILs for free world records.

I disagree, however, that pure quantity is purely bad. Some runners do not stick to one game, and diversify their skillset across different games and genres, while achieving world class times. Having run against @Akuretaki across many boards, he is very good at the games he plays, but an argument can be made that there are other amazing runners that run one specific series or game.

There used to be a tool updated by Maximum that objectively ranked the top players on the site by quantity of wrs and contention of those wrs using an algorithm, however this site is no longer updated.

You can link the entire thread in the support hub, most important part is to provide sufficient evidence for your claim. If you dont have the receipts, site staff will just deny your claim.

It's been pretty crazy for me, been meeting with recruiters every day for the past two weeks. Right now is nearing the end of internship recruitment season (for finance at least), so most of my free time has been spent preparing for events and interviews.

However the projects this semester have been quite fun, currently preparing a consulting deliverable for a big energy company, so pretty hype for that.

Racing is a very large genre, but i do have quite a comprehensive list of games that fit into subgenres of racing:

Rally:

• Colin McRae Series (aka Dirt) - more arcade style than realistic
• WRC Series - Realistic
• Sega Rally Series - More arcade style
• Dakar Series (technically not rally) - semi-realistic, very unique

MX/Moto games:

• MX vs ATV series (ATV offroad) - Semi-technical, depends on game, can be a steep learning curve
• MotoGP - Technical, steep learning curve
• SuperBike (SBK) - Semi-technical, similar to MotoGP
• Monster Energy Supercross - Semi-technical
• Gp-1 Part II - Very accessible

Circuit Racers:

• Forza Motorsports - Semi-realistic, cars often feel "slippery"
• Gran Turismo - Semi-realistic, very similar to Forza, cars have better realistic responses
• F-1 Series - Realistic
• PGR - More arcade style

Arcade Racers:

• Need for Speed - Fun, depends on game, large variety, mostly NG+
• GT Advance - Retro, learning curve
• Split/Second - Need for Speed on steroids
• Burnout Series - Need for Speed but you slide side to side the whole time
• Speedracer - Very technical, high speed action

Kart Racers:

• Mario Kart - No description needed
• Garfield Kart - Skip Heavy
• Retro Kart Rush - MK clone for mobile
• SuperTuxKart - Very responsive driving
• Crash Nitro - Easy to pick up
• Every other kart game - Mario kart but slightly easier

Misc. Racing Games:

• Data Wing - Mobile racing game with an Arrow
• Trackmania - Platforming-style racer, technical
• Drone/Helicopter Racing games - these all tend to be the same, but are a very unique type of racer (Ex: SRX)
• WaveRace - Waverunner racing game, technical
• Barro - Arcade-style unity game, very fun and very easy

I am purposefully excluding games on this list, such as ford racing (or any brand-specific game) and many kart-racer clones (like sonic) as there are better alternatives to start with.

Have you tried changing the variable to an annotation instead of a subcategory, then archiving the variable group?

@Maenos depends on the board, so check the rules, but most boards allow for multiple sessions for runs over 12 hours.

Lmao he added 69 mods to a leaderboard and didnt expect to get banned, but the last time this happened perpetrator only got a temp site ban for a few weeks and a perma mod ban, so probably similar case.

Categories are now merged, and variables have been assigned to each run with their respective bike. Time to find the best bike for each track😎
