Hi. I've done all the simple bounty categories so far (Billy, Feathers, Von Guu) in both Normal and Hard and wanted to try running Gwarlock as well.
During my first run of Gwarlock, I noticed that the In-Game time doesn't use the time spent during the Gwarlock fight (both phases) but only the times of the 12 missions (Billy, Feathers & Von Guu ships).
First, I'd like to know if this is known and, if it is, why using the In-Game time over the Real time or a kind of custom/fixed IGT for Gwarlock categories since Gwarlock fights are quite long, tricky and crucial as a part of the run? You could spend an entire hour doing the fights while not making any difference in the final time used to rule the leaderboard which is really weird from my standpoint.
EDIT: I've submitted my run (link) so you can see the behavior of the in-game timer.
Thanks.
Hi, a few weeks ago, when I started to play the game and wanted to run it, I looked at the game page and saw there was no custom theme. Since the game is really gorgeous, it's a shame not to have a cool theme so I tried to do something. Sadly the theme system changed recently so it not possible to get that result anymore but maybe you'll get some ideas from it.
Default
Custom (the gif ship is a bit too much but it was a good test)
P.S: The game name is Flinthook not FlintHook (with a lower 'h', same for Goldfeathers) 👀
I saw an old post for a problem with the apostrophe encoding in game pages https://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/2ykbr but apparently, it wasn't fixed for categories/subcategories in the runner profiles https://www.speedrun.com/user/Tiouz It is possible to fix that too?
EDIT: the encoding is also wrong in the run's history on the main page and categories so it's probably wrong in some other places too. EDIT2: all the categories with this issue aren't displayed in the WR graph as well.
Hi !
Here is my problem:
I moderate a game called The Messenger and the community decided to switch to loadless.
So I checked "Separate load times" in the game parameters BUT all the current times are going into the "loadless time" column where they should go in the "load time" one.
I tried to deactivate and reactive it while switching the default time to "with" and "without" loads but nothing changed (I know it's to sort runs by loads or not but we never know).
Any ideas why it's behaving like that and/or how I can make it work correctly?
P.S : We have hundreds of runs so editing the times by hand isn't an option considering we should also change obsolete runs. I also took a look at the API but it doesn't seem to be possible to edit the runs except for the status and the players who participated so I can't inverse the load/loadless times with it either.
So I was glitch hunting when suddenly
I knew the devs had hidden some easter eggs in the memory of the game but apparently, there is also some in the levels :)
