In the category rules for Intro% FTP for Beorning and High Elf, it says: "Beorning/High Elf is only to be used in a VIP run" which confused me a bit and i wasnt sure why this would be mentioned there ^^

Since Beornings and High Elves are FTP races by now, should they still only be used in VIP runs or is there another reason this is specifically stated in the rules? (If thats the case, my apologies and please enlighten me ^^)
