In the obtain emerald speedrun the runner is using healthdisplay which is bannable on hypixel

It isn't, The runner did follow the rules so its unfair to remove his/her run because of which map. Also hypixel works with map ROTATIONS which makes your whole point not even true.

No current runs using this glitch but i know it exists, on riverside you can get out of the cage at 1 specific spot on 1 spawnspot. Is this glitch (which requires no bannable actions btw) allowed?

Depends on run. Ex: for chest% it is necessary because those runs inprove with 10 ms at a time if optimized. but winning sw should be fine with ms

The current WR (29.250) is not possible because the emerald only drops 30 seconds after the players are warped from the pre-game lobby towards their island. The WR holder didnt cheat. his timer just started late. Asking for a retime.
