So, I know that Only Up has been removed from steam but if I download the game cracked I cant use only up trainer and I cant also do the LFly glitch does anyone know how can I get the game or what to do?

When I go to the github page and download zip files, i dont have mesenrta.exe or other app to execute. Can anyone tell me how to install it? I cant find any guides.
