Me and my friends did duo cancel the autopsy in the current project X rotation and have a fast time are we able to submit that instead of it being the cancel the autopsy from trial 1?

some of the lower ranked runs have the setting on and the quad #1 but why are there so many runs let through that don't follow the very first rule of the run?

So i was reading the rules of this run and rule number 1 states "Group Display option under the general settings menu gives the moderators vital information, it must be turned on and remain unobstructed from view." After watching a handful of runs on the police station with none of them having the settings on? is this rule just voided since no one is listening or???
