You can just join the WMG Discord and submit runs there. It has more people and it switched to race mode immediately after its release. Moreover, it demands that you just submit a photo of the scorecard with a timestamp rather than a full video. The mods there are active every day.

I dunno. Multiple people have discussed this topic recently, so the game may be not dead. The situation with mods is quite trash however - there is just one active mod and he is online like every 3 weeks (no offense, I understand they have a life). Anyway, I have submitted some runs recently and am perhaps going to do more after those ones are verified, so there's a chance that new people will join here and revive this game.

I have been wondering: what prevents people from cutting out parts of the loading screen and therefore reducing their time? That would be almost unnoticeable and an unfair advantage, because personally for me, the loading time is quite long, especially on DLC courses.

Oh, my bad. I don't really know whether they'e going to add these maps because this community is kinda dead.
