Why are the top 3 runs all 5 seconds flat but are different times in the videos provided for those times?

I've been livestreaming Mushroom Cup Runs on twitch but my livestream isn't showing up in the streams section under MK:DD. I have my Twitch linked up to my account so I'm kind of confused at the moment.
