NetherlandsOBS has an estimator at what bitrate you could stream. https://obsproject.com/estimator (y) This should give you a bitrate at which you could try to stream without it having to buffer. Without partner i would recommend not higher then 2k bitrate streaming because of not having quality options.

They want to use their own site and not have 2 seperate leaderboards. Some people dont want to use this site and some dont want to use their site. But if you keep 2 seperate leaderboards it would look like on site A person X is the WR holder and on Site B person Y is the WR holder. They stated that they dont want that and would like that speedrun.com is not used (for now) for their leaderboards.
