Just as an idea it could be fun to race to particular missions for example from start to the blacksite mission that one would take under an hour at most. Or for the DLC missions you could do from start to the DLC missions being complete. Just to try to make the game a little more accessable and just more available to speedrun ^_^ PS up for doing these runs to show what they would be like

With deluxe mode of course many things changed. With the next small update just after deluxe mode a Speedrun mode was enabled allowing all text to be fastforwarded by holding down the A button.

Well I think it's less the Tas thats possible more so much showing off the fastest possible rng that could truely be amazing which could be done by some sort of modding. TAS would assume that we could rng manip for the better rng from what I would understand which isn't something I'm aware of us being able to do.

So with the survival mode coming out I thought I'd be really cool to have a survival mode speedrun. So first idea would be racing to 5000 points which wouldn't take too long

Another thing to mention is the Highwayman could actually be a frontliner if you dont have to many options. Giving them point blank shot with a lunge can work well. Then again against necro who will always be in at least the second slot unless you're lucky maybe isn't the best option.

It's actually really fun to route and during the later half as long as you've planned it right you end up steam rolling through it quite a bunch! that's how it felt for me at least.

I was wondering about some of the options in other that you can tick off/ on like Quest warnings and some of the darkest dungeon config as theres some pretty useful stuff in there. Wondering everyone elses thoughts on it.

I know not many people run this game. But I've been really hyped about speedrunning this lately and would love to talk further with others about strats. So I was wondering about setting up a discord and maybe it can help more people get in to running the game.

Thinking about it as they managed it without any summons it could be possible with summons to make the whole darkest dungeon more realistic. Although it is a good point to note that the video Wusubi did to complete it in 16 weeks was 2 hours long just doing the final four missions. I wouldn't even know where to start routing for something like this though.

That was the whole Idea of the run! I called it Weald% at first because I couldn't remember the exact name of the boss. Hag% probably fits better as the other category is Necromancer% rather than Ruins%

I'm still up to do more of these and get a better time. With better Rng a much faster time is deffo possible.

Yeah honestly I'm terrible with the skips that's why I haven't really progressed further with that so i'd totally be up for the Glitchless and 100% still key thing I think would be do we allow triple jumps to skip fights in it and such.

So I'm thinking at least for the moment for 100%
