I've been interested in speedrunning for a while but have been intimidated by the overwhelming skill, but after finding a copy of F.E.A.R on PC that was in pretty decent condition I have decided to start running the game and learning how to get through it in about an hour. I can't believe how fun the game is upon booting it up, and I am running the 1.00 patch witch ironically doesn't have the day one patch. I don't know what I'm missing out on but I saw an opportunity on the leaderboard but I really wanted to get to the point where I could just run through the game quickly and maybe stream it/record it because of how dang cool the action is!
