Why not, that sounds awesome :)

@TreZc0 I wasn't talking to you since you didn't say that it will never be possible, and I wouldn't consider my comment a rant, just pointing out the reality. But thanks for the detailed comment, I didn't know that the loading zones aren't there and that you would get send back to the Plateau if you have no glider. And I also wasn't saying we should expect huge breaks like in OoT, but over the span of the next 20 years (Or just 10) the speedrun routes will definitely be quite different since obviously more tricks/glitches will be found. So the only possibility might be to SOMEHOW find a way to trigger the glider flag early or SOMEHOW even find a credits warp. Not saying that this is likely but you never know.
This does not allow Plateau Skip yet but I just wanted to leave this here. And to all people who say "plateau skip will never be a thing", stop freaking saying stupid stuff like that. How do you know there's never gonna be a glitch found which lets you be able to do just that? Wrong Warp in OoT was discovered like 20 years after the game came out, and BotW isn't even 2 weeks old.
"there's no denying it saves plenty of time". Well, how much does it actually save? I've heard the Amiibo that gives you Epona saves 30-40 seconds. Any other Amiibo isn't even really useful for Any%. For any further Amiibo discussion, we should first time how much time it actually saves because yes, that's important because if it saves under like 2-3 minutes there's actually no need to separate them at all. You can do runs of the game without Amiibo until you get a good time and if you want to get the WR after running it for some time I see no problem to buy 1-3 Amiibos or even buy all Zelda ones by just buying NFC tags. I don't think there's any problem cost-wise. And in response to EZScape, we should generally not restrict Amiibo use like 1 Amiibo a run since that would be quite arbitrary. But I think we should not allow using the same Amiibo multiple times a day since you can do that if you have 2 or more copies of the same Amiibo.
@pentaleks All those except some of the Zelda ones only give you pretty much useless items. But yeah, that is something to consider when thinking about separating categories.
IF Amiibo runs would get separated, then Amiibo and No Amiibo should definitely be made subcategories for Any% and maybe also for other categories. And maybe we could actually separate them early on and let people submit runs and then decide if we put both categories together again later. I myself would be good with both separating and not separating them.
@Slevanas Collecting just half of them is just super arbitrary. You could then ask: Why half of them? Why not 100? Why not 25%? Super Mario 64's categories have a clear reason to exist. 120 star is obviously 100%. Collecting 70 Stars opens the last door, so it's kind of the intended/glitchless route, or what they call "Any% without any major glitches". And so forth and so on. All Dungeons for example would definitely be a viable and awesome category for this game because beating all 4 dungeons actually triggers something in the game and it's also kind of the main mission, at least story wise.

Great find :) Someone could also make a video about the different uses of this.
@HowDenKing I think using the IL Leaderboard for Individual Dungeon runs would be better.
