Hey ! I don't if it's relevant in any kind of run or if someone already found it but there is another setup for the boat skip. It's insanely difficult but if you're running fo WR maybe it could be useful ?

All in the title ^^' can't do an Oob in the latest version of the game with the save glitch

EDIT: I just saw that grim donuts has found the glitch before me.... it's dissapointed but this topic will add some theory about this :)

Ok, I wanted to run the game (i know this one for many years), then I discovered the flying glitch ! So I thought "Flying means you can go really really high !" So I tried:

How does it theorically work? The fact is trigger's height are always inferior than the maximum height you can get, so you get the idea you have fly over the triggers. When you do this, you will pass over the loading zone and you will be in a zone that needs to be loaded to be correctly shown, but you have passed over the loading zone, so you land in a zone that is not correctly loaded so no Items, no Pnjs and you can pass through all the environment as rocks and trees.

DIfferents kind of OOB -OOB you do from the main house All the triggers will be still activated so you will can load another zone

-OOB from the kids cabins to the main house No trigger so you're stuck in the bug

Conditions to get OOB A good framerate to do the flying glitch

The most important condition is you have to be at a superior/equal distance from the zone you want to go to to do the glitch in the simpler way, or you'll have to fly a lot IN THE ZONE in whitch you are to get a good height

So I don't if it can be useful for a speedrun (maybe a low%) but I wanted to show you that

Me again ! Just a question: Would you please open an any% categorie? I don't know if you can but can you try please ?^^ Let me explain, I'm a student so I don't have enough time to run the 100% so I tought "let's go with the any%" but there is no such categorie. At first, I was the only one to run this game so I sayed "cool, I'll be moderator so i'll can open an any% categorie" but you were to quick to run this game ^^

Hi guys, and hi kaesdescie (I tought I will be the first to run this game but you were quicker :) ) I'm doing an any% run of Sym for some months and I found a lot of skips that you don't use in your performance.
