Hi, I've submitted a run for any% with the wrong time. I put 23:10 thinking I was superben, apparently. I can't find a way to delete it so I've just submitted it again with the correct time of 27:39. Thought I should mention it somewhere

Hi, lots of people have said conflicting points about this including some mods on this site, so I'm just hoping I can get a definitive answer here to these two questions.

1. can I use 2 frames of run ahead on retroarch with the current snes9x core to speedrun dram?
2. is it the same rule for all kaizo hacks? Thanks :)
