London, EnglandI personally have no problem with it as I don't think that it gives that much of an advantage in-game (in my opinion of course), and you don't need to modify the game to have access to see beyond the borders. Furthermore, Penicillin_Krillin's 3rd place run uses it.
One thing that may be considered controversial though is that seeing the borders is a workaround to learning enemy summon in EW4 (as the unit spawn is not random, it's set).
If you're going to run the game, I don't mind if you play the game beyond the borders.
