maybe you have the non-stop cheat on by default
does it even matter? afaik the descent speed is the same
the overall SoB extends past the 4:54 barrier but some of the framerules are pretty hard to save in a full run. we might see a 454 someday though by some overly dedicated runner
for the untrained eye it's rng, but the secret probably lies within subpixel perfection
piracy is illegal therefore it is disencouraged on these forums as such, please use google, thanks
arbitrary code execution
if you set it up correctly it's pretty unlikely it'll happen
a similar thing happened to me 2 years ago, only with fraps ... just use obs or obs classic, there's no excuse for not using it
VINE GLITCH/VINE ZIPPING
Found by Brormanis, like today i think?
Basically by optimally regrabbing a vine after letting go of it, you can achieve ridiculous speeds. This can probably save over 10 seconds on any% and a lot more on 100%. Video explaining the glitch here: Original video of the glitch here:
Thank you for your help, although I'm already familiar with downloading SM64 hacks as a whole. Just out of curiosity, what is the main problem with it?
Hello everyone! I recently started getting interested in running 0star. However, the only version I seem to have below 2.0 is a version called Luigi Edition by Mariocrash and Cjes (if I'm not mistaken). As far as I've noticed, the hack has no physics alterations and is based on one of the 1.x versions. Can I use it for my runs or should I download one of the vanilla 1.x versions?
i am not a moderator of this game but i'm pretty sure it would count as a ps1 emu run if you count additive/subtractive time for loading times compared to original hardware
Please recruit some new moderators for this game because the time of runs getting verified is starting to get ridiculous. If no one else, I would be up to the task.
I can't record both PJ64 and Livesplit at the same time cuz my PC sucks and it lags from that
As far as I'm aware PS2 only has Untamed but I might be wrong
I'm not a runner but I'm pretty sure that a 44s Ceres Escape with no video can be overlooked by everyone.
