Welp for the IGT i don't think it can come for the any% part because you can cheat too easely and it breaks the fun part of the run. For the pause because its a long run im not for it cause you have 2-3 pee break on the run so +4h-5h is not that hard to do and it kills the "fun / challenge" part of the run.
