1. Currently gamma settings are controversial and the rule is under debate, currently, just keep your gamma at 1 max and don't edit the options text file, although the rule may change later.
2. No it's not necessary to live stream the run wr or not. It was an old rule that you needed to be streaming to verify a wr, but that is no longer the case. However, streaming does help clear any doubts about verification but not required by any means. The past 2 wr's for 1.16 rsg were recorded offline.
