There's major differences in gameplay between Easy and Normal/Pro beyond just enemy quantities + damage. Some segments are entirely skipped such as the bridge tower. Does anyone know/have a list of all differences?

I went onto sidequest and made all the recording settings as low as possible and as soon as I got to the jetski the recording stopped. I had one eye on the little red recording bubble all game and as soon as I turned the key it disappeared. Ended up getting 1:45:03 but doesn't mean anything if my quest corrupts every recording I make. I'm unsure what's causing this and if anyone else has this as an consistent issue I'd appreciate any advice

I had practiced my first run today and got It in somewhere around 2 hours 3 min. It wasn't until I was already at the results screen when I realized my recording had shut down sometime before and the footage was completely lost so I couldn't even tell how long it was recording for. Any idea on what the time frame is for recordings? 1 hour? 2 hours? Sucks it can't run indefinitely.
