This is why it was proposed to make just the single necessary change of turning on sprinters. There's no way to do sprinters without that sandbox setting, so it would impossible to have a sprinter category without sandbox.

This looks good to me. Higher pop would be nice, but would also make restarting a pain, so makes sense to keep it simple.
