Since there has been a small of interest, I've decided to update the leaderboard.

• There are now official rules.

• A new moderator has been added (Urie)

• I have made a category for the console version (PS and Saturn) and the PC version (MS-DOS).  If there are any known distinct differences between the PS and the Saturn version I will make a separate category for those two as well.

• Any% is still the only category.  Additional categories are open for discussion as I would like input from others before making those additions.
