I'm trying to find a tutorial on the speedrun but can't find any on youtube? has anyone made a tutorial I can watch and learn how to do the run?

I'm doing a speedrun of FireRed on VBA and using the mod Moemon, (it changes the sprites of the pokemon), is this not allowed?
