I have seen other glitches while playing, There is one that if you keep spamming or mashing buttons it will cause your character to move forever to the right with no jumping. There is another one that just disables your jump button altogether (don't know how), and during the underground lab mission there is a glitch where the bottom right area has a barrier and if you go in it will teleport you somewhere or kill you.
