You can run on a super nt, but be cautious about the mode you are using while playing. As far as i know you need to use the Fully Buffered Mode to be at the same speed as an og SNES.

With Zero Delay Mode the Super Nt falls 1 second every 10 minutes behind an original SNES running the same software

Most of us are just downsizing the game capture in OBS and put the splits next to it.

Besides that if you set fullscreen to no and change the resolution within the game should go in window mode as far as I remember
