So I found a way to reliably perform a wall clip that people will occasionally encounter during runs. It involves running against a wall. (with a corner) and then as you round the corner dash back into the wall. This will clip you inside the wall and allow you to move through other walls. But try to stay close to the wall you breach because most of the buildings you can clip into don't have a floor to stand on in their center. Here is a vid I made on how to do it.
