(Opinion) So there's a lot of "getting so and so in the nether before getting so and so in the overworld" "starting in the nether challenges" and popular youtubers trying out speed running right now, but keep in mind, pretty much all of that is for entertainment. A category where you start in the nether just isn't really what speed running Minecraft is all about. I think if you wanted to do this yourself that would be cool and if it gained enough traction within the community then there is a possibility this would have a shot. As of right now though I don't think this is something that should be added

badlion client is considered a mod so is therefore banned, you can use optifine but check the rules on optifine before running with it

Rather than stal% a music disc category, which if you want added, should record some runs for so you can petition it. Get some other people to do runs and then you have a shot at getting your category added

Realistically if enough people petition for it, they would consider. But so far I've only seen threads about it and this video

Honestly the last thread I saw about this I said I prob wouldn't run this but id be willing to do a couple runs to help petition

Okay so here's my 2 cents. it looks as though the fastest you are going to have a fishing rod is about 23-25 seconds, and then as soon as somebody gets a 30-35ish second run, whos going to want to try and grind for hours getting a better time? I already don't want to waste about a day of my life beating a 46 second run. however, I feel like it would do well given that RSG obtain cake is a thing and god only knows how much of a horrid category that is.

We deadass had this as a joke category on april fools, its not happening. there is already a quickest set seed, all you do is load it up in the right version.

While I think this is a valid category idea I don't see it being added, if there is genuine petition for it maybe but I wouldn't run it myself (most likely)
