@Gecko35 thanks for bringing this to our attention, I definitely messed up in terms of verification and a few other mods messed up a bit. We had been only checking if the times were similar to what had been sent as very few runs were close, and our method of retiming was off. @afnannen136 is working on clearing up the leaderboards and it should be fixxed soon.
I backed up my copy of sunshine awhile back so I could play it on an emulator on my laptop. Recently, I decided to buy a wii u and I was going to emulate it through Nintendont. Is there a reason in particular that this is banned while emualtion is allowed? I haven’t looked into it that much.
@lilnate1191 It seems like they’re still looking for an ‘accurate’ USB loading method, but if you have a wii u, you can usb load the virtual console release of the games.
@MutantsAbyss @Podz so basically, just the virtual console release ATM, not USB loading the game itself right.
The rules state: “ Emulator and USB Loading through unofficial means is banned”. Does that mean there’s an official way of USB Loading? I’ve recently been backing up a lot of my games and plan swapping to usb loading soon, so I don’t bring too many things to college, so I was wondering about this specific thing in the rules.
For example, if I happened to build something like this: Would it count as emulation or using the console, since it still uses the same stuff? It would use the board of an actual wii though, as I wouldn't use a kit and instead would use my own stuff.
@ShikenNuggets I can acess the site by using a VPN to bypass restrictions but my email is blocked by the school aswell and it doesn’t update properly with a vpn on (so i dont get the PIN email). Is there some way I could get it through some other method?
I know why it would be in place for game mods, but is there some way I could disable it? Sometimes when I try to access the site in school, I can’t receive emails and have no way of putting in the pin to access my account.

I think now that its officially available again, a lot of people will show up. Also fixing this page aesthetically would definitely help a lot.
@FroZen_WaTer_99 I’m not new at all (hence why I’m a verifyer here) and I’m sorry that you’re annoyed by this, but one notification isn’t the end of the world. I simply said idk GL because I looked into it for you and found nothing useful, so I was wishing you luck in finding a solution. As far as this being an old post, I havent been on src for a week or two because my internet on vacation was very bad. Hopefully you understand, and I’ll make sure to avoid posts with your username in the future, apologies.
