This would remove the only category I run from the board entirely so yeah I am not really interested in being completely removed from the boards

I'm learning the run slowly off of the video posted in the guide section, but I'm having trouble with the second half of The Pain. How do you not get hit by the bullet bees? I have little trouble getting off the first head shot, but once I fire a second time the bee hits me. Is there something random that affects whether or not you are hit or is there specific inputs you have to do? Please help! If it matters I am playing on the Ps2 on the Subsistence version.
