Are emulator runs allowed? If so which emulators would be allowed?

Just in case for future questions.

-Video proof needed from main menu to end screen that shows the time of the last level. -You can use livesplit but it's recommended to just add up the in-game time of each level since it's more accurate. -You have to play from the tutorial to level 12 in the right order.
