When you fall out of the world in sb you will go to the last save point that you reloaded from using this intentionally is called void warping but also it can be used as a kind of ng+ (new game +)you can set up a void warp in an old save then start a new game and fall out of the world and go back there I'm not 100% sure what category's it's allowed but I think it's banned in everything but NG+ which is one the category extensions leader board so I think your run will be rejected unless the category you're talking about is ng+

oob allows for out of bounds skips that are not hardware dependent so anyone can do them even if you have a faster pc unrestricted is the same as oob but you can do hardware dependent glitch's like kami clip (freddy deload) and hide deloads

Make sure you have to auto splitter enabled and configure properly livesplit is also very janky with auto splitters so try using new splits and setting it up again
