at least for me anyways my live split and obs hotkeys dont work if i open steam as admin, thats the way i fixed mine but im not sure of any other ways to fix it

I have this issue that happened after a few runs where my livesplit wont start when i'm tabbed into ruin, it works when i tabbed into anything else but ruin idk if its a livesplit issue or a game issue Pls someone help i beg. (also i do have global hotkeys on)
