I would personally say that you should use WASD for movement, then use 890 for jump dash climb, it is pretty comfortable imo, the other reason that it is good is because not all of you keybinds are right next to each other, so there is less of a chance for any errors or accidental key presses. Or use a controller, it is just as good.
I feel like that would be a good idea, it would make a fun run, but I'm pretty sure you have to get the mods to put it in the leaderboards though, so try to ask Dorge, the super mod, about it.
I didn't mention that I knew that It would get rejected, however I didn't know that Geometry Dash was a speed game until later, so I was just confused about how two games with similar premise didn't get treated the same way, that is all.
Why does geometry dash get accepted into the database but my request for beat saber being in the database got rejected for "This does not appear to be notable"?
If you time your own runs you will get a better feel of the time that you get, while if you don't then the mods won't get any baseline on what time you got, you should still time your runs, plus, timing runs feels satisfying in my opinion, so you should keep timing runs.
