I wrote a script and did some frame counting. Let's say that the run starts at the first pitch-black frame after the start screen, and ends at the first red frame. Then your run starts at frame 247 and ends at 14495, which translates into a duration of 03:57.467. This is 116 milliseconds faster than dnkcafe's run (03:57.583).
However, the most granular time unit is seconds. If we are following the convention of rounding down, we'll have to consider it a tie.
The run that starts at 26:10 and ends at 1:12:27 falls into the category "Bad ending (Normal)". You can click on a category and click "Show rules" for details.
Apologies for the very late response.
Alright, I created a separate category and moved the run there. Feel free to make additional changes to the leaderboard if you think something should be changed; I won't mind.
Actually, YoJoeGaming's run isn't eligible for the "Good ending (Hard)" category, because he didn't play on Hard. Also, the time is closer to 26:30 than 27.01 (from first input to last input).
@dokizu_ Should we remove the requirement to play on Hard or create a separate category for runs on the easier difficulty?
Ideally, it would be possible to change both, but any such change would have to be approved by a mod. Alternatively, the mods for that game would be notified of that change. Otherwise it is possible at any time for the submitting user to inject malicious content in the comment or video link that can stay hidden there for long periods of time, e.g. URL shortened links to pornography. I believe a posteori changes are fairly uncommon so I don't think it would create much extra work for the mods.
Hi, you should use the stickied moderation request thread for this type of request:

BTW the following post in that thread may answer your question:
Alternatively, they could be arranged so that they are equally distributed in the two rows, i.e. instead of this:
Cat1_Cat2_Cat3_Cat4_Cat5_Cat6_Cat7_Cat8 Cat9
do this:
Cat1_Cat2_Cat3_Cat4_Cat5 Cat6Cat7_Cat8Cat9
Welcome! I'm quite new here myself.
Running it on an emulator shouldn't be a problem. If you requested the game then it's up to you to decide the criteria for approval, as long as they are reasonable.
Just to be clear: it is OK to use the Aeon Genesis translation patch. If there is any difference in the time it takes to clear the text boxes, it is negligible at best.

I'm eagerly awaiting some competition. :) Cheers!
