When i go to download the 1.9.0 emulator it never seems to be available for download, Should there be a change in usable version as i see the rules state 1.9.0 but i cant find a way to get it

I see in the world record run the fight ends as soon as the digimon is KO'd an there is no YOU WIN section, is this a mod or a certain version of the game i feel like its impossible to compete without it
