Nobody has done or routed a run with the RCM mod yet. I believe current runners aren't looking at it since there's more unskippable cutscenes + more things to route in and moderators/verifiers would have to scrutinize runs more closely (especially on PC) to check for additional mods on top of TSLRCM. If enough people route it out and do runs of it, I'm sure the powers that be would be happy to add a leaderboard for it.

Sorry for the late reply - based on what I am looking at, I would probably categorize this under emulation since it seems like the way to play through this game would be to have it on the USB loader, then run it through there. Emulated runs are completely welcome for this game :)
