For the moment, there is a pause during cutscenes so if you have an emergency or you just need a pause (physical or mentally) you can do it because there are no specific rules about that

When you are skipping monoco station the thing is to skip old lumiere also and not fighting renoir at all, ill assume the fact that monoco isnt there is the reason why the wall doesnt explode and i dont really understand the question "how can we speedrun without making restricted glitch or OOB ?"
