That sounds great, if you join the discord I'm sure we can discuss this further and see what your ideas are. https://discord.gg/E4XQzDF Also don't worry about using it wrong, no ones gonna judge.
IGT and RTA are optimised differently based on how much you take advantage of Quitting. Ctrlx clearly optimised as if for IGT, whereas HotCocoa has optimised for RTA.
I think the main route should be optimised for RTA as splits are easier this way and it is the more common method. However, there could be an extra category added for runs optimised for IGT, allowing their slightly different routing to count for something on the leaderboard.
I made this category so you could see more of the game, also I wanted to do some routing because I find it fun.
You basically just beat the game after collecting all artefacts in order. You can skip anything except artefacts, so it's sorta not "no skips" but who cares.
For example, after collecting my money in the maze, I jump from the university to the artefact which unlocks the top of the hub using unintentional methods. This is allowed because it's the next artefact I am getting and all I am skipping is pushing the block out from behind the university. Another example: You are allowed to skip herding the sheep, but only at the point you're allowed to collect the artefact you get from it.
I think if people are interested there can be a 100% category where you collect all artefacts but not necessarily in order which I'm assuming would be in the ranges of 1:30.
I came up with the rules for No Skips by myself and they might seem pretty arbitrary but I think I like this longer category and it also happens to perfectly fit the sub 2 hour milestone.
