I want to do a full campaign speedrun but I want to do it on an emulator because it would be more comfortable and easier to stream/track than a phone camera on a 3ds. Is this acceptable? My Citra emulator is not running the game faster than native and I can prove it on stream.

The moderator for Steel Diver is inactive. I submitted a run for level one 3 months ago and have not heard back from him. I commented on his original run video and have not has my run verified. I would just prefer to take over in moderating.
