He makes a mistake and reset the run, and show it in the video of the submited run. I didn't mean editing each segment (each split for example) into a single video. I talking about cutting the entire run (including the last reset before the successfull run), like Trim the video starting at the last reset before the actual run and ending at the end of the run. Sorry for the confusion.
I think I didn't express myself in the best way. Sorry.
What I meant is that I start recording, start the timer, and begin the run. If I make any mistakes and need to reset the run, I restart the game and reset the timer. That reset must be included in the final video before submitting. In other words, if I reset the run, the moment where I reset the run must be shown in the video. I usually see people doing that in the runs right at the beginning of the submitted videos of the leaderboard.

Is that correct? Again, sorry for the misunderstanding. And thanks again. You're really helping me a lot.
Understood. So, I’ll need to record continuously until I complete the run, and when I cut the raw footage, it should include the level restart before the actual run starts.
Please correct me if I’m wrong. I’m new to this, and thank you so much for your help, ViperUK.
Great! Thanks for the answer.
Do I need to livestream? Or can I record it offline with OBS and upload the video? I never livestreamed anything. It seems easy on paper, but because I have never done it, I don't know if it's really necessary to be able to submit the run. Also internet may fail mid stream and I wouldn't like to lose all my work.
But it if it's a requirement, I can try and see if it works on my end.
edit: Oh nvm. I just read the rules and it's only necessary the video proof, it can even be done by filming with a celphone camera. I asked it about it because this game requires MANY retries to the point where you start having nightmares with the director saying CUT TOO SLOW.
I would like to know if running this game on a backwards-compatible PS3 is considered a legitimate run for this game. Is that OK? I have the NTSC version and would like to try the All Story Missions. I haven't seen anyone running it on a PS3 on the leaderboards. Can I stream it on youtube as proof?
