Means all mods, including just having ModLoader installed. That's why we want to see main menu at start of the run before you press "New game" or "Continue" to be sure it is not present. Changing textures in Pictures folder is fine though.

Retimed to 23:28:417 from first movement to impact at intersection

You still need to get at least sparkplugs from shop somehow, so it is not much different from DTFI, no?
