Coming back to this, I realize that I may have misunderstood the original question. We currently do not have a separate category for new game + (NG+) simply because there is not enough activity on the leaderboard to deem it necessary. So, for the meantime, the Cartoonist Skip (on v1.0) will remain in Any%.
If you add the full game as a category, I will run it.
It looks like there may be more than two of us when the dust settles.

The cartoonist skip (aka cartoonist spare glitch) is allowed in Any% (but not in Glitchless) because you do not necessarily need a fresh copy of the game for Any%, but you do need a fresh copy of the game for Glitchless. While at this moment in time there is no way to completely reset your copy of Venge (without uninstalling and reinstalling), as long as the doors flash red (instead of blue) before you enter the Cartoonist boss battle zone, the run will be considered Glitchless (in regards to this particular glitch).
Is the brightness setting the only setting that needs to be turned down (meaning, are the other in-game settings fair game)?
