World of Light is a category already, friend. While Ultimate's page opens up to the Levels tab, which is primarily Classic runs, you'll find all sorts of World of Light runs under the Leaderboards tab. You can run & submit to your hearts content!
And if you don't happen to see the tab, here's a link for ya: https://www.speedrun.com/ssbu/leaderboards
Most runners nowadays use the 3 Golden Hammers you have at the start of any new save file to break 3 specific challenge windows. It's all available in the Any% route guide I've put together in the Guides tab.
In Spirits: -Obtain a Legend class by using Summon. -Enhance a spirit 5 times in Level Up. In Games & More: -Play All-Star Smash alone, and KO an opponent with a meteor smash.
Breaking these windows gives you: -10,000 Spirit Points(MORE than enough SP for any run.) -5 Large Snacks -17 Medium Snacks(You gain 5 more from another Challenge window breaking for having more than 7777 SP.)
Hope this helps, and hope to see some Any% runs from you. =D
Always love seeing people learning the run from my strats & guide. Excellent run, friend.
And... I know you said you wouldn't run it again for a while, but I'm still looking forward to when you do end up going for & submitting the sub-3-hour run. =D
Oh, for sure. Spiritless on Easy mind as well be the same as a regular Hard mode run, in terms of difficulty. Makes it all the more relieving that we even finished our runs. XD
You're welcome, friend. Here's hoping the rust doesn't stick for too long when I go for this. XP
In the days leading up to each & every DLC characters' release, there were free downloadable packs for NSO members on the eShop, that give the player a variety of free things, like SP, Gold, Spirit Board items, Snacks, and even Spirits.
It's all good, friend. I'm sure you'll get an even better run next time. XP
I know barely anyone runs this game in general, but I figured I'd share this, since this doesn't look right at all.
I went to go submit a run for Beginner's Circuit earlier, and I happened to notice that Lympic's 22:40 has the exact same video as his 23:50 run. They're different videos on his channel, but they're the same exact recording.
I'm not sure if Lympic accidentally uploaded the wrong video, but I'm confused on how this got accepted.
