the mini earthquake every time you jump is crazy

hcr in some cases is literally setting something up outside of the tower without it counting towards the final time. Because of this i feel that the rules are very loose and if that is allowed then wifi glitch should definitely be allowed. Basically i think that hcr is, in my opinion, more of a glitch than wifi.

Probably because of coil speedruns. But you never know maybe someone will speedrun ToVH, ToER has a run on its category.
